A carefully-curated monthly cheese box, featuring fabulous, special-order Canadian cheeses, exclusive to our subscribers, paired with preserves and our feature crackers!

How it works:

We want to showcase various hardworking, passionate Canadian producers and their cheeses, for you, each month, ensuring that over a 12-month period you will have sampled 36 different types of cheese from across the country! Try it out once, or continue to receive it monthly! Each box will include tasting notes, suggested pairings/recipes, and the story behind each cheese! 

• Subscription orders are due on the 14th of each month and ready for pickup on the third Thursday of each month. If subscribing after the month's delivery date, first box will be received the following month.

  Cheese boxes will be available for pick up at the Lighthouse on the third Thursday of the month, between 11:00am and 6:00pm. If you can’t swing by for your order that day, let us know and we’re happy to work something out!
