Made with 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, that went straight to press with minimal skin contact to produce this “white” Cabernet Sauvignon fermented in stainless steel tanks.
It is intensely aromatic on the nose, with notes of fresh ripe cantaloupe, peach, white, cranberry skin, guava, and stony mineral on the pallet, it shows lots of acidity with tart flavours of white strawberry, candy, peach, peach, skin, and spiced apricot! The finish is fresh with lingering acidity.

Enjoy chilled On its own or paired with spicy ceviche, fresh scallops, summer strawberry and goat cheese salad, or a peach and prosciutto pizza with pepper arugula. This is a limited release, buy it now before it sells out!
